Sample Meal Plan

The plan on the Real 42 or any day of your life is to try and eat 5 times per day of healthy foods that includmeal prep blog spote protein, carbs and good fats. Stay away from calories that your body doesn’t need, such as sugar, white breads, white flour and breads that are made up of non-sprouted grains. If you’re exercising regualarly, and eating healthy foods like the one’s on the approved Grocery List don’t be concerned with counting calories, eat three meals per day and two or three snacks, your body will process and breakdown healthy whole foods fast, burning more calories while it does it. Don’t over complicate your nutrition, it doesn’t have to stress you out. Prep your food ahead of time so that it’s ready to go when you need it. Below is a sample meal plan for a week.
