Hello and welcome to the ChrisBryan.com. I created this website to share information on fitness, exercise programs, nutrition and overall health and wellness. As a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutritionist and an RYT 200 HR Certified Yoga Instructor I research many areas of the health industry and this site is a way for me to help stream line much of the information that is out there.
My passion for helping people become their healthiest ever is what helped me to develop the Mind Body Motivation program and this website. Starting with the proper mindset, knowing what we want to accomplish is the key to success in many areas of our life, but especially when it comes to our health. Once we know what we want to achieve and we’ve set those fitness goals the second part of the program comes into play and that is the Body.
A healthy body is made up of proper nutrition, what we feed the body for energy and the right amount of exercise, how we strengthen the body.There is always much debate on how we should eat, and In The Kitchen is a way for me to share knowledge I’ve gained through the years, as well as what I’ve seen work first hand both for myself and my personal training clients. There are many types of exercise that we can choose from, but the most important thing we can do, is to make sure we choose a form of exercise that challenges us every time and I often recommend finding a couple of types of exercise that you enjoy, but still find ones to push your limits.
Combining proper mindset with proper nutrition and proper exercise are what lead to you to Motivation and Power. Power is the body being able to work the way it was originally intended to do, allowing it to heal itself as well as prevent illness and injury and the only way this can happen is when we incorporate all three areas of this philosophy. This program has personally changed my life, it’s changed the lives of hundreds of my clients and I hope that the information provided on this website gives you more knowledge about healthier ways to live your life. Start with the first step of creating a goal, having a target in site of what you want to achieve is the most important and fundamental part of being successful in anything you do.
