Welcome! My name is Chris Bryan E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist living out my passion for helping people live their healthiest and most full lives.  I created this website to share ways for us to truly transform our lives, physically mentally and spiritually.   There are three things we can control in this world, how we breathe, how we use our body and how we use the mind when we think.  Yoga gives us the opportunity to practice all three of these specific disciplines in our life and as we journey together we will learn how to connect to what matters most while finding balance and more peace.
