What a Session Looks Like
We start by noticing how you breathe right now. Then I teach you two or three techniques
matched to your goal, from calming practices like extended exhale and box breathing to
energizing patterns and longer guided journeys. We end with integration: what you
noticed and when to use each tool. You'll leave with a 5-minute daily practice and an "in
the moment" technique for stressful days.
What You'll Walk Away With
-
A personal toolkit: one breath to calm down, one to focus, and one to energize.
-
Better awareness of your stress signals and how to respond to them.
-
Easier wind-down at night.
-
A simple daily habit that takes less than 5 minutes.

FAQ
Is breathwork safe?
For most people, yes. Some techniques aren't right if you're pregnant or have heart, blood pressure, seizure, respiratory, or certain mental health conditions. We'll review this in your consult, and gentler options are always available.
Will I feel light-headed?
Some energizing techniques can cause tingling or light- headedness. You're always in control and can slow down or stop at any time.
Online or in person?
Both work well. Online, you can practice lying down at home.
