Who it's for

  • You understand your patterns but can't seem to change them

  • You hear an inner voice saying "not enough," "too much" or "too late"

  • You feel stuck in relationships, work, money or purpose

  • You value a spiritual, prayer-based approach to growth

  • You already meditate or practice yoga and want to go deeper

What a Session Looks Like

We begin with a conversation about what you'd like to explore. Then we slow down with breath and move into a deep, meditative, prayerful state. Through gentle, curious questions, we uncover the beliefs and feelings underneath what you're experiencing, look at them with compassion, and invite truer, more life-giving beliefs in their place. We close by integrating what came up and naming one simple next step for your week.

What Clients Often Walk Away With

  • A calmer mind and a sense of deep rest

  • Clarity about patterns that once felt confusing

  • Lighter, kinder beliefs about themselves

  • Emotional release and relief

  • Renewed motivation and a clear next step

  • A deeper sense of spiritual connection

ThetaHealing® is a spiritual, meditative practice. It is not medical or mental health treatment, and it does not replace care from your doctor or therapist.

FAQ

Is ThetaHealing therapy? No. It's a spiritual and coaching-style practice, separate from clinical therapy, even though Chris is a licensed clinician

Can ThetaHealing cure illness? No. It's not a medical treatment. Please continue all care from your doctor.

Does it work online?

Yes. Sessions are conversational and meditative, so online sessions work just as well.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people come once; others prefer a series. We'll decide together.

Is it compatible with my Christian faith?

Christians hold different views. Christian clients are welcome to pray in Jesus' name and test every belief against Scripture. Prefer a fully Christ-centered approach? See [link: Christianity page] Christian coaching.

Strengthen Your Spirit, Body and Breath.

Coaching, spiritual direction, yoga, handstand, breathwork and meditation sessions are educational and wellness services.

They are not psychotherapy, counseling or
medical care, and do not create a therapist–client relationship, even though Chris holds a clinical license. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.) or dial 911. Please consult your doctor before starting any new physical or breathing practice.
