Quiet the Noise. Come Back to Yourself .

Private 1:1 meditation coaching that helps you build a stillness practice you'll actually keep, whether you've never meditated or you've tried and given up.

Who it's for

  • Your mind races, and you can't remember the last time you felt still.

  • You've downloaded meditation apps but never stuck with them.

  • You want to feel more present with your family and work.

  • You're curious about Christian contemplative practice.

  • You already meditate and want guidance to go deeper.

What a Session Looks Like

We talk briefly about your week, then practice together: a guided meditation chosen for

what you need, followed by time to talk about what came up. I'll teach you the "how"

behind each method, so you can practice on your own. You'll leave with a short daily

practice, starting at 5 minutes and building from there.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A daily meditation habit that fits your schedule.

  • Tools to notice racing thoughts and let them pass.

  • More patience and presence in everyday moments.

  • A few methods you can use anywhere: in the car, at your desk, before bed.

Approaches Offered

Mindfulness · Body scan · Loving-kindness · Guided visualization · Christian contemplative

prayer (centering prayer, lectio divina, the Examen)

FAQ

I can't stop thinking. Can I still meditate?
Yes. Meditation isn't about an empty mind. It's about noticing your thoughts and gently coming back. That's the practice.

Is meditation compatible with my faith?
Christians have practiced silence, stillness, and contemplative prayer for centuries. You choose whether your practice is faith-based or not.

How long do I need each day?
Start with 5 minutes. Consistency matters more than length.
