What a Session Looks Like
We begin with wrist and shoulder prep, then work drills matched to your stage: wall work,
kick-up mechanics, bailing safely, balance with the hands and fingers, and line and
alignment. I break the skill into small, winnable steps and give you clear feedback in real
time. Online clients get video review of their practice between sessions.
Your Handstand Path

-
Kick-up & balance: finding and holding the balance point away from the wall.
-
Freestanding: consistent 10-second-plus holds.
-
Beyond: press-to-handstand, shape changes, and flow.

FAQ
How long until I can hold a handstand?
It depends on your starting strength and practice time. Most students see clear progress within the first 4 sessions. No timeline is promised.
I'm afraid of falling. That's normal. Learning to fall safely is the first thing we practice.
Is there an age limit? No, but please check with your doctor if you have wrist, shoulder, eye-pressure or blood-pressure concerns.
