What a Session Looks Like
We start with a short check-in on how your body feels today. Then we move through a
sequence built for your goals, with hands-on cueing (with your consent) or clear verbal
cues online. Every session ends with breath and rest. You'll leave with a short home
practice of 10 to 20 minutes, so progress continues between sessions.
What You'll Walk Away With
-
More flexibility and range of motion where you need it
-
Strength and stability through your core, hips, and shoulders
-
Confidence in poses that felt out of reach
-
A home practice you know how to do safely on your own
-
A quieter mind and better sleep
Styles Offered

FAQ
I'm not flexible. Can I still do yoga?
Yes. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a requirement for it.
Do I need equipment?
A mat is enough. Blocks and a strap help, and I'll suggest simple swaps from around the house.
I have an injury. Tell me in your consult. We'll adapt every pose, and I may ask you to check with your doctor first.
Is the faith element required? No. Christ-centered yoga is an option, not a requirement.
