Who it's for
-
You feel wired, tense or "always on," and can't seem to switch off
-
You struggle to wind down or sleep well
-
You're in a heavy season, such as grief, change or burnout, and need a quiet place to rest
-
You want a calming complement to medical care, recovery or therapy
-
You find massage too intense and prefer light touch, or no touch at all
-
You already practice yoga, breathwork or meditation and want to go deeper into stillness
What a Session Looks Like
We begin with a short conversation about how you're feeling and your preferences around touch. Then you rest, fully clothed, on a comfortable table with a pillow and a blanket. I place my hands lightly on, or just above, a series of areas from head to feet, holding each for a few minutes. Most of the session is quiet. You don't need to do or believe anything; you simply rest. We close with water, a few minutes to reflect, and one simple practice to carry calm into your week.
What You May Walk Away With
-
Deep relaxation and a quieter mind
-
Relief from built-up stress and tension
-
Better sleep in the nights that follow
-
A clearer sense of where you hold stress in your body
-
A feeling of peace and steadiness
Reiki is a relaxation practice, not a medical or mental health treatment. It complements, and never replaces, care from your doctor or therapist.

FAQ
What does Reiki feel like?
Many people feel warmth, tingling, heaviness or deep calm. Some feel very little in the moment but sleep better that night. Both are normal.
Do I have to remove clothing?
No. You stay fully dressed
Is touch required?
No. You can choose light touch, hands-off Reiki, or a mix, and you can change your mind at any time.
Does online Reiki work?
Distance Reiki is part of Level II training. Many clients find remote sessions just as relaxing, resting comfortably at home.
Is Reiki compatible with my faith?
Christians hold different views. I'm glad to talk about it openly, and I also offer faith-centered options such as breath prayer, Christian meditation, and restorative yoga with Scripture.
Can Reiki replace therapy or medical care?
No. Reiki supports relaxation and wellbeing, and works best alongside the care you already receive.
